Processing time:
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges:
We only accept returns and exchanges for defective items.
Please email us if you have any problems with your order.
Cancellations:
We do not accept any order cancellations.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
"Grade B" or "Grade C" items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
